It’s no secret that the workplace, be traditional-corporate or casual-independent environments, can all-to-often be highly uncomfortable and at times, even dangerous for women in any field. With so many women being faced with discrimination and ultimatums, more and more are bailing out on their dreams because pushing though such massive opposition becomes tiresome and discouraging.

Our goal is eliminate these issues by providing women a place to work comfortably and offering career-advancing opportunities while also educating them on how to navigate the industry more safely. We plan to be a major factor in the shift on the treatment of women in music and entertainment.
